Sports gambling platform Unibet arrived in Pennsylvania, launching a sportsbook in partnership with casino resort Mohegan Sun Pocono.
Unibet, Kindred Group’s flagship brand, entered the US market on September 10, giving New Jersey residents access to its platform, owing to a deal with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
“We are excited and proud to partner with Mohegan Sun Pocono to welcome patrons to our new Sportsbook and offer a great extension to our online product in one of the largest states to regulate both online sports betting and casino,” said SVP Kindred US Manuel Stan.
In January, Kindred Group announced a five-year deal with Mohegan Sun Pocono, seeking to operate retail and digital sports betting in Pennsylvania.
The Unibet-branded sportsbook, which spans 1,130 feet, offers a chance for players to bet on different leagues, including NCAA, NFL, and UFC.
With the launch of the retail facility, the partners plan to introduce digital betting by the end of the year.
Previously, Unibet announced a marketing partnership with the New Jersey Devils, getting both in-arena and digital presence.
